Founded in 2008, RA Cooks Renovations has been transforming homes in Kettering and the greater Dayton area with high-end kitchen, bathroom, and exterior renovations. Our Kettering showroom allows homeowners to explore custom cabinetry, countertops, flooring, and fixtures, helping them visualize and create their dream spaces.
We proudly serve Dayton, Kettering, Oakwood, Centerville, and Beavercreek, providing a local, hands-on approach to home remodeling. Our philosophy is simple: design-first thinking, quality over volume, and a real-world, practical renovation process that ensures every project is beautiful, functional, and tailored to each homeowner’s lifestyle.
At RA Cooks, we’re not just renovating spaces—we’re crafting homes that reflect your style and stand the test of time.
Most remodeling headaches don’t come from construction—they come from unclear planning. We finalize layout, scope, and selections before demo starts, so your project doesn’t become a moving target.
Cabinets, countertops, tile, hardware, and finishes—chosen in one place. That means fewer store runs, fewer delays, and fewer “we should’ve picked the other one” moments.
Scheduling, trade coordination, and communication are not optional. You get a team that runs the job, protects your home, and keeps you informed—without chasing people down.
Since 2008, RA Cooks Renovations is one of the most trusted design + build firms in Dayton, OH, and Miami Valley. With almost two decades of experience, we’ve built a solid reputation for delivering high-quality craftsmanship and personalized service. As a fully licensed and insured company, we specialize in the design-build remodeling of both residential and commercial properties, ensuring that every project we undertake is completed with the utmost care and attention to detail. Whether you’re looking to transform your kitchen or bathroom(s), remodel your entire home, or upgrade a commercial space, our team is committed to bringing your vision to life.
