Run a job from demo through final walk-through. Read plans, manage subs, hit deadlines, leave the site cleaner than you found it. Experience required: 5+ years in residential remodeling, lead-carpenter or similar role. Bring your own hand tools; we provide the shop, the lumber, and the jobsite materials.
Solid framing, trim, cabinet install, and finish work on kitchens, bathrooms, and basements across Dayton, Kettering, Centerville, and Beavercreek. 2+ years experience preferred.
Wedi shower waterproofing, large-format porcelain, mosaic accents, quartz and natural-stone backsplashes. Bring an eye for layout and pattern matching. 3+ years tile experience required.
Own the client relationship from contract through punch list. Manage 4-8 active projects, run weekly site visits, coordinate the lead carpenters and subs. 5+ years construction PM experience required.
Sit with homeowners in our Kettering showroom, design the space, spec materials, present pricing. 2+ years residential design experience preferred. Familiarity with 2020 Design, Chief Architect, or SketchUp helpful.
Hungry to learn the trade? Work alongside our lead carpenters on real residential, new-construction, and commercial projects. Paid training — reliability and willingness to work hard are the only qualifications.
Sit with homeowners at the kitchen table, walk the space, scope the project, and present pricing. Close projects that fit the company and the crew. Background in residential remodeling sales, design-build, or related trades. Comfort with quoting, contract paperwork, and follow-up. Self-starter — leads come from our pipeline, not cold calling.
Capture project photos and short video from active jobsites. Run our Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile. Schedule content, write captions in our voice, manage reviews. Familiar with Canva, basic video editing, and reading analytics. Bring an eye for design and a sense of the trade — we’re a remodeler, not a tech company.

Residential remodeling is the core — kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and whole-home remodels across Dayton, Kettering, Centerville, Beavercreek, Oakwood, Bellbrook, Miamisburg, Springboro, and Washington Township. We also take on select new-construction and commercial-renovation projects when the scope and client fit.
All projects are within the Miami Valley. Most are within 25 minutes of our Kettering shop. No overnight travel, no out-of-state jobs.
Yes — bring your personal hand tools and a reliable vehicle to get to the jobsite. We provide the shop, the lumber, the jobsite materials, and any project-specific equipment. Apprentices learn on the job from our lead carpenters — paid training, no school required.
Depends on the role and your experience. We pay competitively for the Dayton market and review pay annually. We’ll discuss specifics on the phone call.
Mostly full-time year-round positions. Our pipeline is full enough that we don’t do seasonal layoffs.
